Job Description
If you are highly motivated to succeed and have an interest in sales, we want to talk to you. We are currently looking for a new Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our team. In this entry-level role, you’ll be aligned closely with our U.S. sales team to help identify qualified U.S. based prospects, target new accounts, and respond to inbound leads.
What You’ll Do:
- Execute a daily call and email outreach plan to new prospects
- Reach out to and follow up with respondents from marketing programs
- Master 11:11 Systems’ value proposition
- Nurture and manage leads until they are sales-ready
- Achieve consistent daily levels of outreach
Who You Are & What You’ll Bring:
If you have a university degree, fluent English skills, and a proven track record in sales, this role is perfect for you. You should be motivated, detail-oriented, and have excellent communication skills. Salesforce experience is a plus.
