Description

Company: TridentCare

**Dispatcher Essential Duties and Responsibilities:**

– Dispatches all orders for services promptly
– Properly documents changes to orders
– Coordinates estimated time of arrival
– Ensures orders are confirmed as received
– Contacts facilities when scheduling is necessary
– Assists with inbound Customer Service calls

**Dispatcher Qualifications:**

– High School Graduate or GED
– Proficient in Microsoft Office
– Clear communication skills
– Ability to focus in a busy environment

Work-From-Home Requirements

– Must have private workspace free from distractions
– Must have high-speed internet connection
– Must pass Trident Care’s Network Performance Test
