Job Description
Work Location: USA (remote/work from home)
Preferred Availability: 20 hours per week or more
Engagement Model: Freelance/Independent contractor
Project Duration: 15 weeks
Start Date: Immediate
In this role, you will be responsible for transcribing and annotating text from various document types, ensuring accuracy and consistency in data preparation for OCR and machine learning applications. Your attention to detail and problem-solving abilities will be key assets for success.
Job Requirements
Role Responsibilities:
- Transcribe content from scanned or digital documents
- Annotate text using annotation tools
- Review and verify transcribed data for accuracy
- Maintain labeling standards and adhere to project guidelines
- Report issues and suggest improvements for OCR performance
Requirements:
- Idiomatic fluency in Hebrew
- High proficiency in English
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
- Access to a computer with a Hebrew keyboard
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent time management skills
