- Start Date: August 25, 2025
- Train and work remotely from approved states (North Carolina, Texas and Utah)
- Training: Three weeks (10AM – 5 PM MST, M-F) 100% attendance is mandatory
- Full-time (40 hours per week)
- Schedule between 5am and 11pm, Depending on staffing needs
- Starting base pay: $15.00 per hour + bonus potential of up to $6/hr
- Required weekend shift

What you’ll do
Answer 2-3 incoming chats using LiveEngage, consult customers on enhancing the value of their contact lens purchase, proactively communicate and engage with your manager and team members, provide top-notch customer service in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, identify and resolve problems in a way that creates a positive customer experience, maintain high performance metrics, and live our company values.
What you’ll need
High school diploma or equivalent experience, 2-3 years minimum customer service experience, great typing skills, reliable internet connection, a private, dedicated workplace, positive, driven and solution-oriented mentality, and ability to show up to work on time and work your scheduled shift.
