ABC Legal Services is currently looking for a Data Entry Specialist to join our team. This position is remote and available in Indiana, Iowa, Wisconsin, North Dakota, Kentucky, Alabama, Florida, Oklahoma, Michigan, North Carolina, or South Carolina. As a Data Entry Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring accurate documentation for our process servers.
Job Overview
In this role, you will review and file legal documents using internal systems and email. You will also participate in ongoing training to expand your knowledge of the industry and processes. As a Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for investigating discrepancies and completing additional projects as assigned.
Qualifications
No prior experience is necessary for this position, but data entry experience is a plus. You must have a high school diploma or GED and the ability to perform repetitive tasks with accuracy. Attention to detail, teamwork, and basic proficiency with Microsoft Office are essential. A typing speed of 60-70 WPM is preferred.
