Job Summary

As a Representative II, Customer Service Operations, you will be responsible for processing orders for distribution centers and internal customers. This role involves administering orders in internal systems, responding to customer inquiries, and ensuring timely and accurate order processing. You will also be tasked with handling non-routine orders, such as product samples, and coordinating with various internal stakeholders to resolve order issues.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate for this position will have 1-3 years of relevant experience, a high school diploma or equivalent work experience, and bilingual proficiency. You should be detail-oriented, proactive, and possess strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Process routine customer orders according to demand plans and schedules
• Respond to inquiries from internal customers regarding order status
• Identify and communicate resolutions to order delays and issues
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external teams for order compliance
• Process orders for product samples and trials
