Role Description

As a Billing Coordinator at Sweeney Merrigan Law, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the cases in your client list. This includes handling client medical bills, communicating with stakeholders, and ensuring accurate information for clients and cases.

Responsibilities

– Calling hospitals, insurance providers, specialists, and other contacts daily
– Gathering and reviewing all bills
– Acting as a liaison between clients and medical providers
– Providing regular updates to the legal team
– Coordinating PIP and MedPay claims
– Maintaining meticulous records in case management software

Qualifications

– 1-3 years experience in phone representation and bill coordination
– Proficiency in English
– Exceptional organizational skills
– Comfortable being on the phone for much of the workday
– Patient, professional, and assertive when necessary
