💼 About the Role

As an Email Developer, you’ll play a key role in crafting dynamic, personalized, and responsive emails that resonate with customers and drive retention. Reporting to the Sr. Manager of Lifecycle & CRM, you’ll collaborate closely with retention and digital teams to ensure high-quality email communications are delivered on time and at scale.

This is a Level 2 (L2) role in the Retention/DTC job family, perfect for someone with hands-on experience in HTML, CSS, and modern email development tools.

✨ What You’ll Do

• Build and code responsive, dynamic email templates using HTML, CSS, and Handlebars
• Utilize template generators to design visually appealing emails
• Coordinate with the Retention Team for efficient campaign execution
• Set up A/B testing for content variations like subject lines, preheaders, and messaging
• Manage and segment the email database, including list creation and maintenance
• Partner with Engineering & QA to ensure transactional emails are both personalized and functional
• Contribute independently while working collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

🎯 What You Need

• 4+ years of email development experience (Iterable preferred)
• Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills
• Proficiency with Excel and comfort working with analytics tools (like Omni)
• A collaborative mindset and team-oriented approach
• Natural curiosity with a drive to learn and grow continuously
