Position Overview

As a Creative Director/Senior Designer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the brand identity of ClearOne Advantage. This is a hands-on design role that requires a blend of design expertise and creative leadership to drive business growth through compelling storytelling and design.

Responsibilities

– Lead the visual expression of the ClearOne Advantage brand across all touchpoints
– Develop creative concepts in collaboration with various teams
– Maintain brand consistency across digital, video, social, print, and offline channels
– Produce design work for campaigns, websites, video, and more
– Mentor junior designers and contractors to foster a culture of creative excellence

Qualifications

– Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Marketing, or related field
– 7-10+ years of experience in design and creative leadership
– Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and motion graphics tools
– Strong portfolio showcasing creative campaigns and performance-driven design
– Experience managing design talent and external partners

Compensation

– Base Salary: $120,000 – $150,000 annually
– Performance-based bonus opportunities
