Job Description:
In this role, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and reporting on research for various digital touchpoints such as websites, mobile, and native apps. Your work will involve collecting and analyzing data to uncover user behaviors, needs, and motivations to drive actionable insights for digital experiences and product design processes.
You will collaborate closely with cross-functional product and design teams, conduct qualitative and quantitative research activities, produce deliverables across the research workflow, identify and pursue research opportunities, and communicate your findings effectively.
The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of design strategy and research experience, proficiency with various online testing platforms and design tools, and expertise in qualitative and quantitative design research. Strong project and team leadership skills are also essential for this role.

Desired Skills:
– Experience collaborating through Sketch, InVision, and other common design tools
