Job Description:
Are you an experienced IT Construction Project Manager looking for a challenging opportunity with a global leader in year-round outdoor recreation and hospitality? Our client is seeking a talented individual to lead and coordinate the integration of IT infrastructure into large-scale development and construction projects.
In this senior-level role, you will work closely with construction project management and enterprise IT infrastructure teams to ensure that all IT-related dependencies are identified, planned, budgeted, tracked, and executed in alignment with broader development timelines. Your responsibilities will include coordinating IT-focused program across multiple projects, collaborating with various stakeholders, and ensuring that all infrastructure components meet performance, safety, and compliance standards.
Required Experience:
- 7+ years of IT-related construction project management experience
- Strong understanding of OSP infrastructure, low-voltage cabling, and fiber optics
- Experience coordinating large-scale projects with complex IT dependencies
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Familiarity with industry standards and codes
Preferred Experience:
- Experience in hospitality or mixed-use development industries
- Familiarity with IT infrastructure systems
- Certifications such as PMP or BICSI RTPM
- Knowledge of construction documentation and permitting processes
